An Evening with the Author
On April 23rd at 7 pm, join author Chris Bergeron and CBC’s Mattea Roach for a conversation about the One eRead 2025 book: Valid. As H Felix Chau Bradley of Montreal Review of Books say, “Valid draws a canny portrait of one very real trans woman in a world full of compromise, punctuated by energizing moments of corporate-algorithm-busting truth”. Join thousands of fellow Canadians as they read and discuss this year’s selection. Attendees of the event will have the opportunity for a question and answer session at the end of the discussion. Watch the livestreamed event from your home.
